108 – Interview with Muslim Convert Shaykh Faroos
Shaykh Faroos (AKA The Faroos) is a teacher of Islam located in the United States who began studying Islam in the 1990s. He has published books on Islam, lectured throughout the United States, taught at the masjid, and served as a Youth Group Director. He specializes in Usul al-Fiqh, comparative fiqh, comparative religions, epistemology, history, Physics, and the experiences of being an American convert of Norse and Celtic background – a modern-day “Viking” Muslim.
Shaykh Faroos accepts that not everyone in the world will agree with religion and politics, but is devoted to ensuring that on issues of religion and politics that he provides evidence-based and data-driven answers that include all positions and variables so that humanity makes educated and informed decisions.
